  • 4 eggs
  • 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 tbsp white cornmeal
  • 1⁄4 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 pound melted butter
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, sift dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes.
